A perfect plank
Many of us dream for having six packs in our abdomen. To achieve it we do many things. The primary thing we have to do is plank. This helps in even strengthening core muscle in our body. We have to start it with 15 seconds, three sets. Later on we have to increase it gradually the time.
The correct posture for this workout is given in the above picture. This will be so hard while doing it for the first time but after doing it regularly you will start loving the pain. "NO PAIN NO GAIN". It will squeeze your body like something else to gain the benefits and to attain our goal we have to tolerate it. Tolerance is the most important thing in our life. It will just make our life beautiful and make us escape from many problems in life. Body building teaches you even tolerance experimentally but the experiment will be on you. You must adapt that for it.
First in the beginning all will be tough with a regular practice,
with a passion and a goal we can make it easy. If you do it regularly, you will enjoy doing it. I recommend doing it by hearing a motivation song which gives you more energy and encourages to do more.
How to do a perfect plank?
It's very simple to do. First want to keep your both hands on the floor as shown in the first picture. Then must lift your body as shown in the first picture. Must be in that position till your time goal. That's it the workout is completed. For better results do it regularly with improvement in time gradually. To get fit all there is no need in going gym our home itself enough to make it just follow some exercise regularly to make this happen.
